Both parties compile, review, and execute a legally binding transaction contract outlining shipping timelines and terms.

LC — Letter of Credit

Financial guarantees are established via direct bank-to-bank instruments to secure payment processing.

Shipment

The cargo is packed, palletized, and loaded on scheduled ocean liners at Mundra Port or Pipavav Port.

Delivery

Final vessel arrival at the destination port as dictated by Incoterms 2020 agreements.
